For the purposes of immigration scam, wedding is a sham of the Union, where a man and a woman to get married for the one and only intention of one of them to obtain a permanent resident status in the U.S. or in other countries. Lots of citizens see that this type of wedding is just like as a deal agreement between two people. On behalf of the colonization Marriage Fraud 1986 was amended by the Immigration Act of 1990 to permanently ban the marriage of a United States citizen to a foreign national for immigration purposes. Several even try to get residence by pretending to go through a true marriage. A person those who is not a citizen of United States or has tried to compose a fake marriage for visa/ immigration purposes will be deported and cannot prevent the achievement of citizenship in the country.
To stop these types of fraud has been a challenge for the common people and government. Each country is exposed, and common people lived their lives unhappy and painfully. Every day, we heard news of the attack by terrorists in different parts of the world. But ultimately the solution is not founded yet. This action has been suspended for the government and some private organizations, and they use to keep track of fraud, such a body is Global Visa Fraud department.
